Jimbaran is located just at the south of Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport. Jimbaran is a favorite place and it is a fishing village especially the beach where here the beach is cluttered with seafood restaurants and some of the finest luxury hotels in the world. In the afternoon in the edge of the beach lies down the seafood restaurant with the beautiful sunset in beach.
Jimbaran is the favorite’s places in Bali were these places are know with the fishing village. Because all most the Jimbaran people are work as fishing man with small boat which in Balinese language it call “Jungkung”.
Long time ago before the jimbaran famous as well as now most of the people were work as a fishing man with The “Jukung” they exploring the ocean and sailing many fish. They goes sailing the ocean in the night with the help from the wind and they back to the land in the morning with many fish that they cat last night. In the pass along the Jimbaran beach are fullfil with many “Jukung” because every family has they own junkung, being a fishing man are they daily life activity and all the fish which they catch in the ocean just for they consume in their daily with.
now there are so many restaurant in the edged of the jimbaran beach so the fishing man in jimbaran sold their catch result in the sea. kedongan is one of very famous fishing village were here you can find the fishing man just arrive from the ocean with their fish result, so you can enjoin the fresh sea food while enjoin the beautifully views of the beach in the afternoon.
there are many tourism accommodation are build here so the tourist will easy to find all they needed while enjoin the beautifully beach view like restaurant in the edged of beach, hotel, villas, and many other thing so the tourist not need to worries about it while spend their holiday in Jimbaran.
